All custom orders will require a prepayment, and cancellations for these orders must be made within 72 hours of emailed order receipt.
We currently ship using the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Shipping dates may vary depending on your order (please see specific product details). Shipping costs associated with our larger items are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, quantity and size of item. Accurate shipping estimates will be provided based upon specific ship to zip code and will be needed prior to ordering.
For customer orders, approval will be required prior to shipping. Shipping may be delayed if buyer does not approve the order in a timely manner.
For international shipments, please provide shipping recommendations and we will be happy to work the best solution for optimal cost savings for your products.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our products are handcrafted and custom built and designed for our buyers, returns and/or refunds are not accepted. If however an item is damaged via transit or has any quality defects through manufacturing, please contact us and we will attempt to provide a suitable replacement and/or another acceptable transaction to enhance your buying experience.
If a return is authorized, a return authorization will be provided.
